Our group classes run on a concurrent basis to allow our students flexibility with their schedule. Please contact the studio to inquire about current class offerings and to see what level would work best for you. Exceptions to our concurrent group classes are the Intro to the Reformer and Innovations in Pilates courses.



JUMP START TO THE REFORMER: This 5 week mini course is designed to prepare the new student to mainstream into one of our existing group reformer classes.

You will be taught the basic foundations and movements used in a typical Pilates reformer group class. Class will run with a minimum of 2 students. Pre-payment is required to secure your spot. Contact us for more details.



INTRO TO THE PILATES REFORMER
: This class runs in 8 week sessions and meets one time per week.

This course is for anyone totally new to the Pilates reformer or would like to work at a beginning level. Class will run with a minimum of three and a maximum of 5 students. Cost: $199

INNOVATIONS IN PILATES: This class is offered in 5 week sessions and meets one time per week.

The importance and benefit of dedicating time and energy in one’s flexibility and range of motion is often overlooked or under developed. Many of the more challenging repertoire of Pilates requires that the student have good range of motion in all muscles. In this 70 minute class students will be using the Pilates reformer to execute some fabulous stretches that will open up the back, shoulders, legs and neck. Cost: $150. Class will run with minimum of 3 and max of 5 students.
